- A friend recommended that I buy the book Gluten Free, Hassle Free: My 5 year old daughter suffers from allergies, asthma, and eczema. After seeing many specialists, and taking many tests, I was not getting any answers and decided to cut dairy, wheat, and gluten out of her diet. I also have a husband to feed, as well as a toddler (and a baby on the way), and since I do not have time to make different meals for different people, I was a bit worried about how things would taste, and if my family would take to it. Enter GF/HF--Wow!!! What an amazing resource! This book teaches you to read labels and also has so much information about foods to avoid. The recipes are absolutely delicious, easy to follow, and certainly without hassle. After only 1 week of following this diet, my daughters skin has cleared up--amazing! Other than that, we are all very much enjoying the scrumptious (and healthier) food. This book is a must for anyone suffering from wheat/gluten allergies, or anyone who wants to change the way that their families eat. A big thanks to Gluten Free, Hassle Free, it's become my "go to" book before I cook anything.
